About LinkVault
LinkVault is a free, open web directory built with one goal: to help website owners earn quality dofollow backlinks without jumping through hoops. We believe that building a strong backlink profile shouldn't require expensive tools, complicated outreach campaigns, or months of waiting.
How It Works
Submitting your website to LinkVault is simple. Fill out our submission form with your site name, URL, category, and a brief description. Your listing goes live immediately — no approval queue, no editorial review for the MVP. Every submission receives a permanent, crawlable dofollow backlink.
Why Dofollow Backlinks Matter
Search engines like Google use backlinks as a key ranking signal. A dofollow backlink passes "link juice" — ranking authority — from the linking page to your website. Unlike nofollow links, dofollow links directly influence your position in search engine results pages (SERPs). The more quality dofollow backlinks pointing to your site, the higher your domain authority grows.
Our Directory Standards
While we keep the submission process open and instant for our MVP, we're committed to maintaining a directory that provides genuine value. We organize all listings into clear categories, making it easy for visitors and search crawlers to find relevant websites. Each listing gets its own detail page with full metadata, maximizing crawl depth and indexation potential.
Built for SEO
LinkVault is engineered from the ground up with search engine optimization in mind. We use semantic HTML5, structured data (JSON-LD), Open Graph tags, canonical URLs, clean URL structures, and a comprehensive internal linking architecture. Every page is designed to be easily crawled, indexed, and ranked.
