1. Acceptance
By submitting a website to LinkVault or using the directory you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable submissions
Submissions must be live websites you own or are authorized to represent. The destination URL must serve original content with a clear value proposition.
3. Prohibited content
No adult content, gambling without a license, malware, phishing, illegal goods, deceptive cloaking, or content that violates U.S. federal law. Listings violating these rules are removed without notice.
4. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your site name and description and grant LinkVault a non-exclusive license to display them in the directory and in sitemaps.
5. No warranty
LinkVault is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Inclusion does not guarantee improved search rankings or referral traffic.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the directory.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
